The Hillemeyer Immobilien GmbH specializes in leasing and marketing of retail space all over Germany, with their core competence being focused on retail and entertainment space starting at approximately 300 sqm. Along with the classic activity of brokerage, the company's main tasks consist, amongst others, in the:
- subjective and objective evaluation of an object's market position
- determination of its market position regarding macro and micro location
- preparation of an attractive business and tenant mix
- calculation of its rental value as well as the evaluation of its future development potential
- identify target customers of an object
- prepare occupany plans including the presentation of individual tenants
- match franchise vacancies with current and future space offers
